The Livonia Magnetic Roller Conveyor has a unique way of
separating and removing fines from coolant. It webs all coolant and pendulous
material through a strong range of motionless magnets. Providing high volume,
friction-free conveying and utmost ferrous separation, the Livonia Magnetic
Roller Conveyor consists of chain driven stainless steel rollers running the
entire length of the unit. As dirty coolant enters the hoppers area, ferrous
particles that settle are magnetically attracted to the roller surfaces and are
transported from a strong to a deplete magnetic field.
