Beltless Magnetic Conveyors™

The LM Beltless Magnetic Conveyors™ utilize permanent ceramic magnets moving underneath a stationary stainless steel slide bed to attract ferrous material and move it to the discharge point where the magnets leave the slider bed path and release the material.

LM Beltless Magnetic Conveyors™ are virtually maintenance-free, there are no moving external parts to jam or break and is totally safe for personnel. The working face is self-cleaning and excess coolant drain rapidly back into the sump.

Completely self contained and the conveyor mechanism is completely enclosed. The size and shape configurations available cover a diverse range of light duty applications. Functionally, Model AA are easily interchanged with comparable size belt conveyors used on light duty applications. Added advantages include no need for adjustment or maintenance due to wear. Model AA are available in 9 standard widths, other widths are available upon request. Standard length in 12 inches increments, available in straight configurations only.

 

Model A - Slim Line Model

A-Liebherr.jpg (76831 bytes)Since all moving elements of the Livonia Magnetic Conveyor are totally enclosed and do not make contact with chips or coolant, the operation is jam proof and virtually maintenance free. The design concept of the Beltless Magnetic Conveyor offers a selection of options to suit specific applications. Added advantages include no need for adjustment and quick-over head end for minimum floor space. Model A is ideal for restricted, hard-to-reach areas. Model A is available in 9 standard widths, other widths are available upon request. Available in straight and dogleg configurations, in all sizes and widths.

This model offers the same performance as the A-model in larger work envelope. Parts and conveyors provide a virtually maintenance-free, completely self-contained and all mechanism is completely enclosed. The design concept of the Beltless Magnetic Conveyor offers a selection of options to suit specific applications. This conveyor is an excellent choice for small parts, stampings, chips and turnings. Model B is available in 6 standard widths, other widths are available upon request. Available in horizontal straight and dogleg configurations, in all sizes and widths.

Same fine features as model "B" but with larger magnets wider widths. For those applications requiring that extra magnetic power, this big brother to the model "B" fits the bill. The design concept of the Beltless Magnetic Conveyor offers a selection of options to suit specific applications. This model ideal where exceptionally large quantities of ferrous materials. Model C is available in 7 standard widths, other widths are available upon request. Available in horizontal straight and dogleg configurations, in all sizes and widths.

Model "D" has stronger construction throughout with a rugged frame, and it all comes with anti-friction bearings at head and tail shafts. The design concept of the Beltless Magnetic Conveyor offers a selection of options to suit specific applications. Model D is available in 5 standard widths, other widths are available upon request. Available in horizontal straight and dogleg configurations, in all sizes and widths.
